Various Events that may be Offered Include:
NASCAR, Formula 1, Golf etc.
An individual event pool wager is a bet where you have to select the finishing order
of contestants in an event. For example, choosing who will fill
the first 6 places in a Formula 1 race, or first 3 in a golf event.
The winner is the person who gets the most correct. A correct
selection in this case is picking Michael Schumacher as number 1
in a grand prix, and he comes 1st, or Jeff Gordon 2nd in a NASCAR
race and he comes second. The order matters.
There are two possibilities for a pool in the case of multiple winners, either:
a) The pool is divided equally between all the winners, or
b) The pool will jackpot. For example, in a weekly NASCAR pool : if two people in the above example had
5 correct, the pool would jackpot to the next week until a winner
was determined. Note that if a pool jackpots this will be explicitly stated in the description.
Pool Rules
If the event is not valid for standard wagering purposes the pool will be refunded
Unless otherwise indicated, minimum entrants for a pool to be graded will be 3.
Individual pool wagers are final, and unlike other wager types, will NOT be cancelled for any reason
so please make sure you want to place them.
Pool entry Navigation tips :
The TAB key will move you around a page and
the parts of a form you are submitting. Hold down SHIFT and hit TAB to
go in reverse. The up and down arrows will move you up and down in
a drop-down box, so the quickest way to submit 15 picks in an NFL pool is
to TAB to one you want, arrow to select, and then TAB to the next one
until you are finished.
