November 2007
Six of the eight teams had losing pointspread records outside the conference, an indication to college basketball betting technicians to tread lightly with this group. Straight up (SU), against the spread (ATS), and over/under (O/U) records for the 2006/07 season are in parentheses:
GONZAGA (23-11 SU, 18-15 ATS, 20-13 O/U): The Zags could land three players on the first-team all-conference unit, reason enough to predict another WCC crown and Big Dance invitation.
